This educational workshop allows professional trainers, enthusiasts and past students who are solely seeking the knowledge and hands-on experience of to progress their working dog through this refresher workshop. Individuals will learn alongside Advanced Master Dog Trainer students and are encouraged attend many of the same lectures and workshops. Individuals will learn the steps needed to progress their dogs in areas such as Obedience, Tracking, Protection, Specific Odor Detection and Problem Solving.
Students are encouraged to bring an already trained adult to participate in the working portions of this workshop but may also audit this workshop for knowledge or in preparation of an upcoming pretrained dog purchase.
Learning Objectives: Individuals will learn the steps needed to progress their dogs in areas such as Obedience, Tracking, Protection, Specific Odor Detection and Problem Solving.
Workshop Fee – $999 per week
Workshop Length – 1 – 3 weeks available
Workshop Schedule – Monday – Friday from 9AM – 5PM. Periodic breaks and a meal break are factored into the workshop schedule. Refresher Workshop students may opt out of (without penalty) any part of the daily schedule.
Housing Options – Students enrolled in our core curriculum programs are offered priority for student housing. Occasionally excess student housing is available but not guaranteed. A waitlist is available at a first come first serve basis for housing that becomes available.
